Chilled rice salad with an intriguing blend of components – celery, raisins, scallions, oranges, water chestnuts, and sesame seeds with an easy soy citrus dressing.
2 cups brown rice, cooked
2 oranges, peeled and sectioned
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cup scallions, chopped
1/2 cup celery, chopped
1/2 cup water chestnuts
1/4 cup Gefen Sesame Seeds, toasted
1/3 cup orange juice
1/4 cup oil
2 tablespoons Glicks Soy Sauce
Chill rice. Combine with remaining salad ingredients.
Mix ingredients for dressing and pour over salad. Serve chilled.
