Salad

  • 5 cups kale, massage with 2 teaspoons oil

  • 1 beet, sliced as thin as possible on mandolin

  • 1 apple, sliced into matchsticks

  • 2 stalks celery, sliced thinly on the bias

  • 1/2 cup roasted chickpeas- I bought these

Dressing

Directions

Prepare Salad and Dressing

Prepare salad ingredients.

Combine dressing ingredients.

3.

Pour and serve.
