Ingredients

For the Spicy Mayo Dressing

  • 3 tablespoons Gefen Mayonnaise

  • 1 tablespoon chili sauce

  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice

For the Salad

  • 7 imitation crab sticks, diced or shredded

  • 1 standard size English cucumber, diced or shredded

  • 1 mango, diced or shredded

Directions

Prepare the Salad Dressing

1.

In a small jar or bowl, combine the mayonnaise, chili sauce, lime juice, hot sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

Variation:

May substitute lime juice for lemon juice.

For the Salad

1.

Toss the crab sticks, cucumber, and mango with dressing. Mix well and serve.

Definitely, but dice when still frozen. Once you defrost it, the cutting will be a challenge.
