Ingredients

Salad

  • 2 carrots, sliced

  • 1 red pepper, cut into strips

  • 2 zucchinis, thinly sliced

  • 1 small onion, sliced into rings

  • 1 can mushrooms

  • 1 can baby corn

Dressing

  • 1/2 cup vinegar

  • 1/4 cup sugar

  • 1 cup water

  • 1/4 cup oil

Directions

Prepare the Salad

1.

CombineĀ all vegetables in a bowl.

2.

Mix dressing ingredients and pour over salad.

3.

Allow to marinate at least one hour before serving.

Marinated Salad it came out very good and was amazing to have a prepared salad
on yom tov
