This dessert is a family favorite. Serve over some warm cake or on its own.
Yield: 12 servings
4 eggs
2 containers Kineret Non-Dairy Whipped Topping
2 tablespoons whiskey
2 tablespoons Gefen Maple Syrup
2 cups chopped, roasted pecans
In the bowl of an electric mixer, beat eggs until fluffy, about five minutes. Add whip and mix until fluffy, about five minutes. Slowly add confectioners’ sugar and mix. Add whiskey and maple syrup and mix for another minute. Fold in pecans.
Transfer to a container and freeze overnight.
