This is my kids’ favorite breakfast (or lunch!). It’s easy, healthy, filling, and yummy!

Ingredients

Main ingredients

  • 2 eggs

  • 1 ripe banana, mashed

  • 1/2 c plain greek yogurt

  • 1/2 c flour

  • 1 tsp baking powder

Directions

Prepare the Pancakes

1.

Mix all ingredients together.

2.

Fry on med flame, 2-3 minutes on each side, until lightly brown.
