2 kielbasa sausages (16 ounces)
oil, for frying
1/2 cup Telma Sweet Chili Sauce
1/4 cup Gefen Duck Sauce
3 tablespoons Haddar Brown Sugar
Thinly slice the kielbasa. In a frying pan, heat oil and deep-fry the kielbasa until crisp.
In a bowl, combine the chili sauce, duck sauce, and brown sugar.
Toss the hot chips in the sauce and serve.
