I love the idea of sending something for mishloach manos that’s filling and car friendly…well, sort of—at least it doesn’t make crumbs!
Yield: 70 discs
1 package kielbasa (2 per package)
3/4 cup Gefen Jellied Cranberry Sauce
1 and 1/2 tablespoons chili sauce
1 and 1/2 tablespoons Haddar Brown Sugar
1 teaspoon Glicks Soy Sauce (or gluten free soy sauce)
Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a cookie sheet with Gefen Parchment Paper.
Slice kielbasa into thin rounds and place on cookie sheet.
In a small bowl, mix together cranberry sauce, chili sauce, brown sugar, and soy sauce. Using an egg brush, smear sauce over the rounds.
Place in the oven for 30 minutes. Keep the extra sauce and baste every 10 minutes until done. Keep an eye on kielbasa for the last 10 minutes, making sure it doesn’t burn.
