yummy lemon ice cream
6 lemons dried and washed
1 1/4 cups sugar
1/4 salt
5 eggs
1.65L parve vanilla ice cream, slightly softened
1 cup vanilla cookies lightly broken
Zest 6 lemons, put it away
juice 1cup lemons
in a medium pot combine juice with sugar, salt and eggs
cook on medium, stirr the entire time
until the sides start bubbling
cool
mix everything together
