1 cup sugar
1/2 cup Heaven & Earth Lime Juice (fresh is better but use what you have)
sweet red wine, like a Cream Red Concord, or Tokay
Combine the sugar and lime juice in a pot and slowly bring to a boil, until the sugar is dissolved. Let cool.
Combine the simple syrup with the wine and vodka in the following proportions: two parts wine to one part lime simple syrup to one part vodka.
For example, one cup wine plus half a cup vodka plus half a cup simple syrup. Or half a cup wine plus a quarter cup vodka plus a quarter cup simple syrup.
