  • 1 ounce club soda

  • ice

Directions

To Prepare

1.

Shake gin, lemon juice, and simple syrup in a cocktail shaker with ice.

2.

Strain into glass.

3.

Add club soda.

4.

Garnish with lavender ice.

Notes:

Impress guests by making homemade simple syrup with lavender in it: just place the lavender or lavender extract into a sauce pan with equal parts sugar and water, and bring the mixture to a simmer on low heat. Let cool. Strain out lavender if using the dried plant. And voila! Lavender simple syrup.
