Ingredients

Lavender French 75

  • 50 milliliters/2 ounces gin

  • 30 milliliters/1 ounce freshly squeezed lemon juice

  • 20 milliliters/1/2 ounce Monin lavender syrup

  • ice cubes, to shake

  • well-chilled Champagne or Crémant, to top up

  • lemon twists, to garnish

Directions

Prepare the Lavender French 75

1.

Pour the gin, lemon juice and lavender syrup into a cocktail shaker filled with ice cubes. Shake until frosted then strain the mixture into a small jug/pitcher and divide between two flutes.

Carefully top up with well-chilled Champagne or Crémant and garnish each with a lemon twist. Serve at once.
