Ingredients

Low Fat Lemon Cranberry Biscotti

  • 6 tablespoons oil

  • pinch of salt

  • 3 tablespoons lemon zest, freshly grated

  • 1 cup dried cranberries

Directions

1.

Mix all ingredients together.

Place on cookie sheet in three logs.

3.

Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for approximately 30 minutes.

4.

Turn off oven. Slice biscotti and return them to oven (off) to harden until desired.
