Ingredients

Manischewitz Blintz “Sushi”

  • 1 Greek yogurt

  • 1 bag frozen strawberries

  • 1/4 cup water

  • 2 boxes of Manischewitz blintzes

Directions

Make the Strawberry Sauce

1.

In a pan, over medium heat, simmer strawberries and water until it reaches a ‘soupy’ consistency.

Make the “Sushi” Platter

1.

Prepare blintzes according to package directions.

2.

Cut each blintz into thirds.

3.

Place Greek yogurt into a container in the center of a cake/serving platter, topped with the strawberry compote

4.

Assemble blintz sushi pieces cut-side up around yogurt dip. Serve with chopsticks.
