This is the newest Erev Shabbos minhag in the Kafra house as it uses some of my Challah dough!
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
2. Roll dough as thin as possible into a rectangle. Smear with maple butter and sprinkle evenly with cinnamon and raisins. Roll up from short side until fully rolled.
3. Cut into two-inch pieces and place in a greased pan, swirl side up.
