Diets This is the newest Erev Shabbos minhag in the Kafra house as it uses some of my Challah dough!
challah dough, enough for 1 large challah
maple butter for smearing (about 3/4 cup)
1 tablespoon cinnamon
1 cup raisins
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Roll dough as thin as possible into a rectangle. Smear with maple butter and sprinkle evenly with cinnamon and raisins. Roll up from short side until fully rolled.
Cut into two-inch pieces and place in a greased pan, swirl side up.
Brush with beaten egg. Bake for 45 minutes.
