Diets Carrot Spirals are a fantastic replacement for regular pasta. Gluten-free and nutritious, they add great flavor to your dishes without the calories and carbs of pasta. Cook together with maple-orange-ginger sauce for a delicious side dish.
12 ounces spiralized carrots
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons Gefen Maple Syrup
3 tablespoons orange juice
1/8 teaspoon ground ginger
salt, to taste
pepper, to taste
In a pot over medium heat, combine olive oil, maple syrup, orange juice and ginger.
Add Carrot Spirals and cook covered for five minutes.
Stir carrots and cook for an additional five minutes.
Season with salt and pepper.
