7 cups ripe peaches, peeled and diced (about 10 large peaches)
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
4 tablespoons Gefen Pure Maple Syrup
3 tablespoons flour
1 teaspoon lemon juice and 1/2 teaspoon grated lemon zest
1 teaspoon cinnamon
2 cups flour
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup chopped pecans
2 teaspoons Haddar Baking Powder
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon Gefen Vanilla
1/2 cup Gefen Canola Oil
1 egg, beaten
Preheat the oven to 350°F.
Place diced peaches in bowl.
Mix brown sugar, maple syrup, flour, lemon juice, zest, and cinnamon, and toss with the peach slices. Place peach mixture into ramekins and set aside.
Mix flour, sugar, chopped pecans, baking powder, salt, nutmeg, cinnamon, vanilla, and oil.
Stir in the egg until the mixture turns into coarse crumbs.
Bake for 40 – 45 minutes if you are using ramekins or at least one hour or if you are using a 9×13 dish until topping is crisp and golden.
Sprinkle topping mixture over peaches. Bake for 40–45 minutes if you are using ramekins or at least one hour or if you are using a 9- x 13-inch dish until topping is crisp and golden.
