Yields 15 knaidlach

Ingredients

Meat Knaidlach

  • 1 pound ground chicken or turkey

  • 2 eggs

  • 1/2 teaspoon Haddar Salt

  • 1 potato, cooked and mashed

Directions

Prepare the Meat Knaidlach

1.

Combine all ingredients, mixing well.

2.

Form into small balls and drop into boiling soup (or a pot of salted water). Cook for 35 minutes.
