Light, cheesy, irresistable mini broccoli souffles. An original For Love of Food recipe.
1 pound broccoli florets, such as Beleaf Frozen Broccoli Florets, (softened)
1 carton Haddar Egg Whites
1 and 1/2 cups shredded cheese
1 and 1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
Mix ingredients together well.
Place in well greased muffin tins (very important or they won’t slip out)
Bake for about 20-25 minutes or until golden and fluffy.
