Impress your guests this Shabbos or at your next get-together with these mini schnitzel wraps! Using Beleaves dressings, everyone can customize their own wraps, or set up a fun Make-Your-Own Wrap Bar.
mini wraps (or regular wraps cut into circles with a cookie cutter)
schnitzel or grilled chicken, sliced
lettuce, thinly sliced
tomatoes, diced or sliced
red onion, thinly sliced
coleslaw mix (or thinly sliced green cabbage, red cabbage, and carrots)
Cowboy Candy Jalapeños (find the recipe here)
Use mini wraps, or cut full-size wraps into mini circles using a cookie cutter, if desired.
Prepare your favorite schnitzel or grilled chicken and slice into strips.
In a bowl, combine the lettuce, tomatoes, and red onion. Add Beleaves Caesar Dressing and toss until coated.
Fill each wrap with salad, then top with sliced schnitzel.
In a bowl, combine the coleslaw mix (or cabbage and carrots). Add Beleaves Ranch Dressing and mix well.
Fill each wrap with your chosen salad, then top with sliced schnitzel.
Spread or drizzle Beleaves Honey Mustard Dressing onto each wrap. Add sliced schnitzel, then top with Cowboy Candy Jalapeños.
If you prefer less heat, skip the jalapeños and add extra lettuce or cabbage instead.
