Diets 5 slices of salmon, or 1 and 1/2 pounds
2 tablespoons white miso paste
2 teaspoons soy sauce
3 tablespoons Gefen Maple Syrup
1 cube Gefen Frozen Ginger
1 cube Gefen Frozen Garlic
1 lime, squeezed
scallions, for garnish
sesame seeds, for garnish
Whisk together the miso paste, soy sauce, maple syrup, ginger, garlic, and lime juice.
Line a baking dish with Gefen Parchment Paper. Place the salmon on top, and brush with the sauce.
Bake at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 25 minutes. Top with sesame seeds and scallions before serving.

25 minutes on 400 for a piece of salmon seems very long. Please clarify if cooking individual slices, wouldn’t 10-12 minutes be enough time?
You can definitely cook it for less time if you’d prefer.
