Morning Boost Smoothie

  • 1 banana

  • 1 kiwi

  • 8 frozen strawberries

  • 1/4 cup frozen blueberries

  • 1/2 cup orange juice

Directions

Prepare the Morning Boost Smoothie

1.

In a blender, combine all ingredients. Blend until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.

Good morning Chana
Thank you so much for sending me the two smoothies.
I see that this one has to be made on the spot and my intention was for a busy morning that I just have to take the smoothie out of the fridge and I have an instant breakfast by having the oats in it.
Does this one have to be served immediately because of the banana?
How could I adjust this one to become like the morning oats smoothie – do I just leave out the banana and add the oats?

Hi Rochel,
I can totally relate to that!
You can certainly try that. I would add a little more liquid because the oats will soak it up overnight. Keep in mind that the flavor and texture of the recipe would change. Keep experimenting and let us know how it goes!
