Healthy, filling, and delicious—what can be better?
1 cup frozen strawberries
1 cup oats
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
1 orange, peeled and sliced
1 banana, sliced
1 cup milk
Whenever you have the time, place all ingredients except milk in a bag and freeze.
When ready to enjoy, remove ingredients from bag and place in a blender. Add milk and blend.

Good morning
This smoothie sounds delicious, is there a way to make it parve for those who cannot tolerate dairy?
Would almond milk spoil the taste that is what I use instead of milk, I have not tasted the yoghurt alternative yet- I may try it out but I would like to smoothie to have a good taste

For this recipe, you can try substituting with pareve milk and yogurt, however keep in mind this will change the flavor quite a bit since you are using 2 substitutes.
