Power Smoothie

  • 1 cup frozen dark cherries

  • 5 ounces nonfat vanilla Greek yogurt

  • small handful of spinach leaves

  • 1/2 cup nonfat organic milk or organic vanilla soy or almond milk

  • 1 tablespoon oat bran or flaxseeds

Directions

In a blender, combine cherries, yogurt, spinach, milk, and oat bran until completely smooth.
