Power up your mornings with this vibrant smoothie! The cherries and spinach provide deep colors and a healthy dose of antioxidants to start your day.
1 cup frozen dark cherries
5 ounces nonfat vanilla Greek yogurt
small handful of spinach leaves
1/2 cup nonfat organic milk or organic vanilla soy or almond milk
1 tablespoon oat bran or flaxseeds
In a blender, combine cherries, yogurt, spinach, milk, and oat bran until completely smooth.
