Ingredients

Mozzarella Tomato Croissant

  • 2 butter croissants

  • fresh mozzarella, sliced

  • beefsteak tomatoes, sliced

Directions

1.

Slice the croissants lengthwise and open.

2.

Layer mozzarella and tomato slices, alternating until sandwich is full.

3.

Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt.

4.

Easy as that! Enjoy!

5.

Optional: These croissants can be warmed up in an oven or toaster for just a few minutes on 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
