Diets Here’s another super-simple supper sandwich. It’s great for summer parties or for those hot days when you want to serve something light and easy.
1/2 cup Manischewitz Honey
1/2 cup Gefen Mustard
2 beef tomatoes, sliced thinly
1 teaspoon Haddar Salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano flakes
2-4 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
6 croissants
1 package sliced fresh mozzarella cheese
Mix honey and mustard in a small bowl until combined.
Spread tomato on a lined cookie sheet. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, parsley and oregano. Broil on high for seven minutes. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese as soon as they are removed from the oven.
Cut croissants in half. Spread with honey mustard, then top with fresh mozzarella and roasted tomatoes.
