Ingredients

Garden Sandwich

  • 2 croissants, halved

  • 6 ounces ricotta cheese

  • 3 tablespoons cream cheese

  • 2 teaspoons Gefen Honey

  • 8 slices lox

  • 2 plum tomatoes, sliced

  • 1 cup arugula, cleaned

  • 1/2 cup pine nuts

Directions

1.

Blend ricotta cheese, cream cheese, and honey with an immersion blender until smooth.

2.

Spread cheese on the inside of both halves of the croissant, then assemble sandwiches with lox, sliced tomatoes, arugula, and pine nuts.
