10 medium kirby cucumbers, thinly sliced
3 peppers, assorted colors, julienned
1 purple onion, thinly sliced
1/2 cup Gefen Lemon Juice
2/3 cup sugar or 2/3 cup + 3 and 1/2 tablespoons Health Garden Allulose
2 teaspoons Gefen Salt
Combine cucumbers, peppers, and onion.
Mix lemon juice with sugar and salt until dissolved, then pour over vegetables and toss to coat.
