The lemon and fresh herbs make this salad just so refreshing! It pairs well with a meat dish, reducing the heaviness of the meat.
16 ounces (450 grams) red cabbage, shredded
juice of 2 lemonsĀ (or aboutĀ 4 tablespoons Heaven & Earth Lemon Juice)
1/4 cup Gefen Olive Oil
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley
1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
1/2 cup chopped fresh dill
In a medium bowl, mix cabbage, lemon juice, oil, and salt and let marinate for half an hour.
Stir in fresh herbs. Mix well and serve.
