Directions

1.

Bring a pot of water to a boil, then cook beets until soft.

Let cool, then cut in half and slice.

3.

Toss with remaining ingredients and adjust seasoning to taste.

I tried this recipe with canned beets and it was way too salty. Are the measurements for salt and sugar by any chance mixed up?
