This recipe comes together so quickly and looks beautiful. You can prepare the pudding ahead of time and assemble before serving.
Whip vanilla pudding with non-dairy whip until soft peaks form. Set aside.
Chop the apples from the filling into small cubes. Cut the pound cake into small cubes.
To assemble, add two heaping tablespoons of the pudding mix into a glass bowl. Sprinkle with pound cake cubes. Spoon one heaping tablespoon of apple pie filling on top. Top with two more tablespoons of pudding mix.
