chocolate syrup, to rim the glass
hazelnut brittle, to rim the glass
ice
2 ounces chocolate liquor (kosher for Passover), such as Binyamina
2 ounces hazelnut liquor (kosher for Passover)
1 ounce vodka (kosher for Passover)
Prepare your martini glass by dipping the rim first into chocolate syrup and then into hazelnut brittle.
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add chocolate liquor, hazelnut liquor, and vodka.
Shake well and strain into the center of your prepared glass.
