This is so easy, it’s embarrassing! If it takes you longer than five minutes, you are doing something seriously wrong.
Yield: about 1 cup
1 (6-to-10-ounce) jar of pitted olives (olives stuffed with pimientos, such as Haddar, make the spread look intriguing)
1 to 2 cloves garlic, minced or 1-2 cubes Gefen Frozen Garlic (depending on the size of the jar of olives)
1/4 to 1/2 cup Gefen regular or light mayonnaise, depending on the size of the jar of olives
Process all the ingredients together in a food processor until smooth (it will not be as smooth as the overly mayonnaise-y store-bought stuff).
As with the other spreads, you can freeze in small containers or refrigerate in one. This spread lasts a good few weeks in the fridge.
