This drink is refreshing and filling. Freeze the fruit the night before, and you’ve got this in under five minutes.
1 banana, sliced and frozen
2 small oranges, segmented and frozen
1/4 cup sugar, such as Gefen Cane Sugar (adjust according to how sweet your fruit is)
1 (6-ounce) container plain Greek yogurt
1 and 1/4 cups milk
1 cup orange juice
In a blender, combine bananas, oranges, sugar, yogurt, milk, and orange juice until smooth.
