2 pounds second cut brisket (for a more budget-friendly option you can use a chuck roast or first cut brisket)
3 tablespoons Gefen Mustard
1 tablespoon Gefen BBQ Sauce
1 teaspoon Gefen Hot Honey
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon chili powder
1/4 cup Gefen BBQ Sauce
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons Gefen Hot Honey
Rub the brisket very well with the mustard, BBQ sauce, and hot honey.
Mix the spices together to create a rub. Rub into the brisket very well.
Cover tightly. Bake 275 degrees Fahrenheit for three hours.
Mix the meat sauce ingredients together. Take the meat out slice into big square chunks. pour the sauce over the meat.
Bake uncovered on 500 degrees Fahrenheit for approximately 20 to 25 minutes or until you see the crispy edges.
