This “fried” chicken is great for Pesach or all year around. It’s so kid-friendly and will become a new family favorite. Try not to fight over the crispy parts!
1 container kosher l’Pesach gluten-free panko crumbs, such as Jason
1 cup Gefen Olive Oil
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon garlic powder
2 teaspoons onion powder
2 teaspoons Gefen Paprika
1 family-size package of chicken legs and/or thighs
Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Line baking sheet with Gefen Parchment Paper and set aside.
In a bowl, mix panko crumbs and spices together.
In a separate bowl, pour in olive oil.
Dip each piece of chicken in olive oil, allow excess oil to drip off, and then dip in panko mixture. Place chicken directly on prepared baking sheet.
Place in oven, uncovered, for approximately two hours.
