This is a super cool pizza recipe that can be made on your stovetop rather than in an oven, in case your over is not functioning or you don't have a dairy oven. The dough is tasty and easy to work with, the sauce is quick to whip up, throw on some shredded cheese, and voila! Stovetop pizza in half an hour! Feel free to top your pizza withe the toppings of your choice. Olives, onions, peppers...you get the idea! Enjoy!

Combine dough ingredients in a large bowl (can be done by hand). In a separate bowl, mix sauce ingredients.

Spray a 10 or 12-inch frying pan with oil spray. Spread dough evenly into and halfway up the sides of the pan. Smear sauce over dough and sprinkle with cheese.

Cover pan with aluminum foil. Cook on low heat for 1⁄2 hour.
Tip:
You can reserve the extra dough for another use, such as calzones, knishes, etc.
