These potatoes really deserve a special occasion! They’re as indulgent as they sound. Serve with a side of salmon to balance it out.
2 pounds (910 grams) baby potatoes, halved
4 tablespoons Gefen Olive Oil, divided
1/2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon parsley flakes
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 4-ounce (110-gram) bag shredded Parmesan
6 cubes Gefen Frozen Garlic
Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit (200 degrees Celsius). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Place potatoes in a bowl with two tablespoons olive oil and spices. Toss well to combine and set aside.
In another bowl, combine Parmesan, garlic, and the remaining two tablespoons olive oil (or you can use butter instead) into a paste. Spread the paste over the prepared baking sheet. Place the potatoes cut side down on top of the Parmesan mixture. Bake for one hour.
