Ingredients

Pastrami Chicken Un-Rollups

  • 2 and 1/2 pounds chicken cutlets, cut into bite-sized pieces

  • 6 ounces pastrami, sliced

  • 1/2 cup Gefen Duck Sauce

  • 1 and 1/2 tablespoons soy sauce

Directions

1.

Preheat your oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a baking sheet with Gefen Parchment Paper.

2.

In a bowl, combine the duck sauce, soy sauce, garlic and sriracha, if using. Add the chicken and pastrami and toss to coat.

3.

Pour evenly onto the prepared baking sheet and sprinkle French’s onions over the top.

4.

Bake for 20 to 25 minutes and enjoy immediately with your favorite side dish.

Usually you bake for a little longer…I would start checking between 30-40 minutes.

Very simple and easy. Most time consuming is cutting up the chicken. Set your timer for less cooking time in case your oven runs hot.
