A handful of pantry ingredients and two minutes of prep is all you need to make these delicious pastrami chicken un-rollups.

2 and 1/2 pounds chicken cutlets, cut into bite-sized pieces
6 ounces pastrami, sliced
1/2 cup Gefen Duck Sauce
1 and 1/2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 clove garlic, minced or 1 cube Gefen Frozen Garlic
1 teaspoon Tonnelli Sriracha (optional)
French’s onions for topping
Preheat your oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a baking sheet with Gefen Parchment Paper.
In a bowl, combine the duck sauce, soy sauce, garlic and sriracha, if using. Add the chicken and pastrami and toss to coat.
Pour evenly onto the prepared baking sheet and sprinkle French’s onions over the top.
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes and enjoy immediately with your favorite side dish.
