A new level of crunch like you’ve never seen. These nachos will become a family favorite; you won’t be able to stop at just one!
1 (12-ounce) package Gefen Wontons
1 vacuum-packed pastrami chunk
1 avocado, diced
handful cherry tomatoes, diced
2 scallions, sliced
oil for frying
Preheat oven to 300 degrees Fahrenheit. Place pastrami in a pan filled with water. Cover and bake for five to eight hours. Once ready, remove from water and shred the pastrami using two forks.
Add about one inch oil to a frying pan and heat to 375 degrees (use a thermometer). Drop wontons into hot oil; once golden, flip. Transfer wontons to a large plate.
Add shredded pastrami on top of the wontons. Add tomatoes, scallions, and avocado, then drizzle garlic mayo.

Can you spray the wontons with oil and bake them instead of frying?
Yes, I tried that too and it was still delicious!
