This easy brittle technique can use any nut. The best part is, there’s no pot to watch!
Yield: 2 to 2 and 1/2 cups peanuts

1/3 cup (100 grams) Haddar Corn Syrup
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons sugar
2 cups (500 grams) peanuts
Preheat oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit.
In large sauté pan, warm corn syrup, salt, and sugar. Mix until dissolved.
Add nuts and stir to coat completely. Spread on a baking sheet and bake until toasted and brown, 10 to 12 minutes.
