You know those Peanut Chews that you see at kiddushim and you wonder how they are made? These are them! With extra added nuts! See easy to make, these are addictive, amazing, and beautiful. Watch out, once you pop, it’s hard to stop!
1 cup Manischewitz Honey or corn syrup
1 cup Gefen Peanut Butter
8 ounces baking chocolate
1 tablespoon water
2 cups chopped peanuts
4 cups rice crispies
12 ounces baking chocolate
1 tablespoon oil
In saucepan, bring honey, peanut butter, chocolate and water to a boil. Add chopped peanuts. Remove from heat.
Stir in rice crispies. Spread into 16×10 inch pan and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Melt chocolate with oil and spread on top. Cut into 3/4- x two-inch rectangles.
