Ingredients

Peanut Butter Rice Crispy Squares

  • 5 cups crispy rice cereal

  • 3 ounces baking chocolate

Directions

1.

Combine corn syrup, peanut butter ,and sugar in a large pot and heat on medium until combined.

2.

Add rice crispy cereal and stir. Press into well-greased muffin tins or square tins.

Freeze for minimum two hours.

Tips:

Here’s my melting chocolate trick:

Place the chocolate in a thick freezer bag and stick the bag into a bowl that is half filled with water. Microwave in increments of 30 seconds until the chocolate is melted. Cut a tiny hole in one of the corners and drizzle your heart out.

someone gave me this recipe with baking instead of cooking, game changer!! I bake it at 350 on a parchment lined cookie sheet for 7 minutes, mix then bake another 7 minutes remove from oven and immediately add rich crispy and mix — Thanks Esty!!
