I bought a pan that has removable bottoms in each compartment and I love it. If you grease the compartments of a muffin tin well, you can run a knife around the edges to let them loose as well. Alternatively, press the rice crispy treats into paper cups lining the muffin tins for cute peanut butter cups. This is a great Mishloach Manot idea!
1 cup corn syrup
1 cup Gefen Peanut Butter
3/4 cup sugar
5 cups crispy rice cereal
3 ounces baking chocolate
Combine corn syrup, peanut butter ,and sugar in a large pot and heat on medium until combined.
Add rice crispy cereal and stir. Press into well-greased muffin tins or square tins.
Freeze for minimum two hours.
