Diets Anyone who knows me knows that I have a soft spot for peanut butter. It’s just one of those ingredients that can elevate a dessert to a whole new level. Tried and true, this creamy, refreshing pie will become a household staple.
1 container (parve) vanilla ice cream, thawed slightly
1/2 cup Gefen Mini Marshmallows, plus more for garnish
1/2 cup Glicks Chocolate Chips
1/2 cup chunky peanut butter, such as Haddar, softened in the microwave and slightly cooled
2 graham cracker crusts
1/2 cup chocolate syrup
Transfer thawed ice cream into a large bowl. Fold in mini marshmallows, chocolate chips, and softened peanut butter.
Divide mixture between graham cracker crusts and top with chocolate syrup and additional mini marshmallows (toast them if you’re feeling fun!).
