1 package penne pasta
1-2 frozen garlic cubes
3/4 – 1 bottle Tonnelli Vodka Sauce
1/4 cup milk
1/4 cup heavy cream
a handful of shredded cheese
1 bag frozen broccoli
1 onion
4 button mushrooms
oil
salt
black pepper
garlic powder
onion powder
Cook penne pasta. Rinse and drain.
If you want the veggies then spice the broccoli with oil, salt, black pepper and garlic powder. Bake on 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 45 minutes.
Slice or dice mushrooms and onions. Saute in oil with the same spices as well as onion powder and oil.
Now for the sauce: In a milchig pot add garlic cubes, vodka sauce, milk, heavy cream and a handful of shredded cheese. Mix until the sauce looks pink. You may add more of the above according to taste. Then add garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper and salt.
Add the pasta to the sauce as well as the veggies.
