Diets An easy pickling recipe means a new way to enjoy sweet peppers all year round.
8 green peppers
8 red peppers
8 small onions
1 cup vinegar (use gluten-free, if needed)
3/4 cup sugar
1 and 1/2 tablespoons salt
Cut peppers and onions into thin strips. Cover with boiling water and set aside for five minutes. Drain.
In a separate pot, mix vinegar, sugar, and salt. Bring to a boil and cook for five minutes. Pour over peppers.
Refrigerate two to three days before using.
