Diets This super easy dough comes out very smooth and rolls out like a dream. The dough does not crack, and is not too dry or too greasy. It has just the right amount of elasticity and give. Perfect for a fruit pie, pecan pie, or as a quiche crust. Yield: 2 12×16 inch doughs
4 cups Mishpacha Flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
8 ounces margarine
1 teaspoon Gefen Baking Powder
3/4 cup sugar
1 egg + 3 egg yolks
1/2 cup orange juice
Mix flour, salt, margarine, and baking powder until crumbly.
Add rest of ingredients, mixing only until dough is smooth.

Hi do you know if I can substitute oil for the margarine?
For pie dough, I would not substitute it with oil.
