Diets So quick to put together, these muffins take pasta to a whole new level.
Yield: 15 muffins
1/2 pound ziti or Tuscanini Penne Pasta, slightly undercooked
1 (15-ounce) can Gefen Tomato Sauce
8 ounces cottage cheese
2 eggs
1/2 cup shredded cheese
2 tablespoons Haddar Brown Sugar
1 teaspoon parsley
1 teaspoon oregano
Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
Combine all ingredients and spoon into muffin tins.
Cover and bake for 30 minutes, then uncover and bake for 10 minutes.
