I needed to make a pasta side dish for a Purim meal one year and was trying to figure out how to kick it up a notch or 2 and this is what I came up with.
1 box of pasta
1 small bottle of a food coloring of your choice (except yellow, which won’t show up)
Prepare a pot of water according to package directions.
Add in a lot of the food coloring to the water and continue to cook pasta as per the instructions.
