Diets This salad is super easy, delicious and it is also very versatile! You can replace items and make it into a complete dinner. I replaced the spaghetti with green apples and used this to go along with my pretzel fingers recipe. On Shabbos, add pastrami and you can turn it into an awesome deli salad. Get creative!
1 and 1/2 cups shredded purple cabbage
1 small, chopped red onion
1 cup cooked Tuscanini Spaghetti
1/4 cup shredded carrots
1/4 cup sliced almonds
2 tablespoons sesame seeds
4 tablespoons white vinegar
2 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon Gefen Mayonnaise
1/2 teaspoon Gefen Onion Powder
pinch of parsley flakes
salt to taste
pinch of black pepper
Place all of the salad ingredients in a bowl.
In a separate smaller bowl, mix the dressing. Pour the dressing over the salad and stir it all up. Enjoy!
